Welcome! I'm Paula Wills, a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) with a passion for guiding clients on their journey towards well-being. With over 32 years of teaching experience, I bring a unique perspective to my counseling practice, specializing in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, executive functioning, and parent and child therapy, with a special emphasis on supporting educators. My approach is open, non-judgmental, and collaborative, as we work together to build resilience and foster a positive path forward. Outside of my practice, I enjoy hiking, camping, and reading, finding balance and joy in life's simple pleasures. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
