Are you feeling disconnected from yourself after becoming a parent or navigating a major life transition? Do you find yourself longing to feel more present, authentic, or grounded in who you are again? Therapy can be a space to reconnect with yourself — not just who others need you to be, but who you are underneath the overwhelm, expectations, trauma, or exhaustion.

I work primarily with women, mothers, and queer individuals, helping clients navigate identity shifts, parenthood, relationships, trauma, anxiety, and the emotional complexity of pregnancy or the postpartum experience. Together, we’ll create a supportive and collaborative space where you can explore your story, deepen self-understanding, and move toward healing, balance, and renewed connection with yourself.

My Expertise

My approach is relational, person-centered, and holistic. I believe in treating the whole person — not just symptoms — and honoring the unique experiences that shape each individual and family. I am especially passionate about supporting parents through the transitions into and through parenthood while also helping them maintain a strong sense of self outside of their caregiving role.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University and can incorporate faith-based counseling for clients who desire it.

As the daughter of a transgender parent, I deeply value warm, understanding, inclusive care and strive to create a space where clients feel seen, respected, and safe to fully be themselves.

Beyond the therapy room, I’m also a mother, wife, musician, artist, and recovering people-pleaser — identities that continue to shape my empathy, curiosity, and connection with others.
