Joanna Said
Joanna is a trauma-informed therapist who helps clients reconnect with their inner
strength and create meaningful, lasting change. As someone who has worked in the
corporate world as well as being a former military spouse, Joanna understands firsthand
how stress, burnout, and unpredictable seasons of life can shape a person’s wellbeing and
a>ect their emotional stability.
She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Colorado Christian University and
is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) for trauma, certified in the Safe and
Sound Protocol (SSP), and specializes in expressive arts therapy. Joanna integrates
nervous-system regulation tools, experiential therapies, and creative modalities to help
clients release old patterns, manage anxiety and depression, heal from trauma, and
rediscover their life purpose and resilience.
Outside the therapy room, Joanna enjoys exploring the beauty of Colorado, going on
culinary adventures as a self-proclaimed “foodie”, and spending time with her husband,
son, and yellow lab.
